About Me.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal oriented. I use evidence-based practices to support clients in growing, learning, and reaching their potential. I value building strong, authentic connections and helping clients create meaningful changes.

As a mother of two, I understand the emotional shifts that come with parenting. I provide supportive care through postpartum challenges, work-family balance, and the complex emotions of raising children. I also help parents navigate difficulties with their children/adolescents, and family dynamics, offering a grounded, empowering space.

As a neurodivergent, dyslexic learner myself, I’m especially passionate about working with clients who have learning differences. I aim to create a supportive, validating space where they can recognize their strengths, build confidence and self-compassion, and break through the imposter syndrome.
