About Me.

I have been in the field for the past 15 years and have a passion for helping others build skills, grow, and make meaningful life changes. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy—working alongside my clients as a team to identify goals and commit to the process. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted, and where they can explore change without shame or judgment. Protecting client privacy is fundamental to my practice, as is deeply understanding and validating each person’s unique experiences. I honor each client’s pace, process, and individuality, while respecting their background, culture, identity, and values. My goal is to support people in creating a life that feels fulfilling and worth living, while continuing to stay informed with the latest clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices
