SESSION RATES

Individual Therapy $200-$225 / 45-50 minute session

Couples Therapy $225-$300 / 60-90 minute session

Group Therapy $110 / 60-90 minute session

Family Therapy $250-$350 / 60-90 minute session

Multifamily Group (teen + 1 parent) $175 / 60-90 minute session

Multifamily Group (teen + 2 parents) $250 / 60-90 minute session

We firmly believe in the importance of accessible and high-quality mental health care and we are dedicated to collaborating with our clients to find suitable solutions that meet their needs.

INSURANCE & SUPERBILL

We are not contracted with any insurance providers. However, we can provide you with a monthly superbill—an itemized receipt of sessions—which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Reimbursement rates vary based on your plan. Please consult your insurance provider to confirm eligibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens—but please note:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you miss a session or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full session fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
