Adolescent DBT Group
22-Week Treatment Group
Adolescents learn DBT skills by attending the Multi-Family Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group. This is a psychoeducational skills group that focuses on teaching adolescents and their caregivers five key skill sets: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Walking the Middle Path/Dialectics.
The Multi-Family DBT group supports adolescents and families struggling with conflict, emotion dysregulation, and behavioral challenges. The sessions, led by DBT-trained therapists, teach skills for managing emotions, improving communication, and enhancing family relationships.

Registering for the group involves a 45-minute intake session in which your clinician will review the group and logistics in more detail, as well as answer additional questions.

Adult DBT Group
24-Week Treatment Group
The Adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group is for individuals age 18 and older. This psychoeducational skills group teaches practical skills to help people cope with overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and manage distress.
The sessions, led by intensively trained DBT therapists, cover five key skill sets: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Dialectics. Group participants learn and practice these skills in a supportive group setting to help them lead more balanced and fulfilling lives.
Registering for the group involves a 45-minute intake session in which your clinician will review the group and logistics in more detail, as well as answer additional questions.

Thriving with Anxiety Group
8-Week Treatment Group
Anxiety Recovery Group helps individuals develop coping strategies and skills to manage their anxiety effectively. It provides a supportive environment for individuals to learn and practice techniques such as relaxation exercises, cognitive reframing, and mindfulness to reduce anxiety symptoms. The group setting allows members to share experiences, provide mutual support, and learn from one another while guided by trained facilitators.

Young Adult DBT Group
24-Week Treatment Group
The Young Adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group is for individuals aged 18 – 25. This psychoeducational skills group teaches practical skills to help young adults cope with strong emotions, improve relationships, and manage distress. In addition, this group adds skills to help young adults learn to be more self-sufficient while maintaining healthy interdependence with family and caregivers.
The sessions, led by intensively trained DBT therapists, cover five key skill sets: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Dialectics. Group participants learn and practice these skills in a supportive group setting to help them lead more balanced and fulfilling lives.
