About Me.
I co-founded Mt. Diablo Psychological Services over ten years ago to offer high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and groups in our community. Today, I maintain a small, boutique practice, shaped by nearly two decades of experience in a range of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community mental health.
I have had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan as they navigate challenges, clarify goals, enhance relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives. My work is guided by the belief that therapy should be both practical and compassionate—offering a space to reduce distress, strengthen coping strategies, and support a greater sense of effectiveness and well-being. I have a collaborative approach and deeply value the trust and unique connection I develop with each client.
