I co-founded Mt. Diablo Psychological Services over a decade ago with the goal of providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and groups in our community. Today, I maintain a small, boutique practice shaped by nearly 20 years of experience in diverse clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community mental health agencies.

My practice supports individuals across the lifespan, helping them navigate challenges, improve effectiveness, enhance relationships, clarify goals, and pursue meaningful growth.
