Areas of Expertise
I work with adolescents and adults. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I use a combination of these therapies to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction and grief.
